The indicator operates on a 4-step framework. First, the Trend Filter determines the dominant market direction — this prevents taking buy signals in a confirmed downtrend. Second, the Signal step generates blue BUY or orange SELL arrows based on precise price-action conditions. Third, the Location step uses automatic pivot-based Support 1, 2, and 3 levels to identify where price is within the current structure. Finally, Position Sizing takes the 10-Day Volatility reading (up to 9,483 pips on XAUUSD) to calculate an appropriate stop loss distance. The bearish Trend Analyzer state actively filters out losing long trades even when blue arrows appear, protecting your account from false signals.
Risk is controlled through the 10-Day Volatility reading which dynamically sizes your stop loss based on recent market activity.
