Strategy Safety Grade D
High danger: Severe downside fragility: lack of stop loss, negative expectancy, or acute holding bias.
Once the sequence of repeated same-timestamp sell exits is treated as clustered position management, the strategy risk is extreme: a 69.59% maximum drawdown with the final balance only 31.7% of its peak, plus a terminal single-timestamp loss cluster that erased 60% of account equity.
Performance figures depend on the test period, broker conditions, spread, commission, slippage, leverage, and risk settings. Confirm the test dates and source report before relying on any figure. Backtest results are not a promise of future performance.
Quantum Queen X MT5 (v4.1 fix) trades XAUUSD on H1 through MetaTrader 5. In this Strategy Tester run - configured for 2025.01.03 to 2026.10.12 on the ForexTimeFXTM-Demo02 server, build 6238, at 99% history quality over 10,413 bars and 2,479,308 ticks - it produced 1,333 closed trades across 2,666 deals between 2025-01-06 and 2026-10-07 (639 days). The 1,116 long positions won 78.32% and the 217 short positions won 79.26%, for 1,046 winners overall (78.47%). Note that the tester's configured window runs to 2026-10-12 while the last closed trade is dated 2026-10-07; the figures below describe the 639 days actually traded. The EA's own notes in the report state that chart timeframe does not matter because it manages the timeframe internally. Net profit was 321,714.84 USD on a 10,000 USD initial deposit - a gain of 3,217.15% - with a profit factor of 1.37, an expected payoff of 241.35 USD and a Sharpe ratio of 7.19. Gross profit of 1,200,786.14 USD exceeded gross loss of -879,071.30 USD. Average holding time was 52 minutes, with the longest single position held 9h 54m and the shortest 20 seconds. Two features of the result matter more than the headline return. First, payoffs are asymmetric: the average win is 1,147.98 USD against an average loss of -3,062.97 USD, a payoff ratio of 0.37, and losses tend to arrive in clusters of exits sharing the same timestamp rather than one at a time. Second, profit is concentrated - the top 67 trades (top 5%) supply 44.83% of gross profit, and excluding them the remaining book shows a net loss of -216,562.83 USD at a profit factor of 0.75. Excluding only the top 1% (14 trades) leaves a profit factor of 1.14.
Risk control, not the headline return, is what this backtest exposes. Maximal balance drawdown was 560,197.93 USD (62.81% relative) and maximal equity drawdown 573,173.86 USD (63.97% maximal, 69.59% relative). Balance peaked at about 891,912.77 USD and finished at 331,714.84 USD - the run ended at its worst point, so the maximum drawdown is the final state rather than a dip that was subsequently recovered. The ending was forced. The last ordinary close in the report carries a stop-out comment (so 48.64%) and the reported final margin level is 44.93%. Twelve deals were closed by stop-out and a further ten were closed by the tester at end of test. The terminal cluster at 2026-10-07 08:00:00 contains eleven sell exits totalling roughly -559,197.94 USD, taking the balance from about 891,912.77 to 331,714.84 in a single timestamp - around -62.8% at once. The recovery factor is 0.56 and the longest losing streak was 11 trades for -560,197.93 USD. The longest winning streak was 34 trades for 54,496.08 USD. Position sizing scaled with the balance: lots grew from 0.17 early in the sample to 14.87 at the end, so absolute exposure rose as the account grew, which is why late losses are far larger in dollar terms than early ones. The report's drawdown-protection inputs were left off (InpDDMode=0, InpDDValue=0.0) with InpOrdersMax=100, so nothing capped concurrent positions. Swap totalled -68,799.69 USD over the run and commission was zero. Anyone sizing an account from this result should use the 69.59% relative equity drawdown and the stop-out ending, not the 3,217% return. No demo or live forward record was supplied, and the report does not state the spread or slippage actually realised, so live execution remains unverified.

• Raw Spreads from 0.0 Pips: Interbank liquidity from 25+ Tier-1 providers with average EUR/USD spreads of 0.1 pips, drastically reducing transaction costs and execution friction for EAs.
• Ultra-Low Latency & Fast Execution: Trading servers are hosted in the Equinix NY4 (New York) and LD4 (London) financial data centers with dedicated optical cross-connects, delivering sub-millisecond execution speeds vital for scalping EAs.
• No Dealing Desk & No Trading Restrictions: True ECN/STP execution with no requotes, no minimum stop-loss distance, and full support for automated hedging, grid, and scalping robots.
• Flexible Leverage & Global Regulation: Up to 1:500 / 1:1000 leverage options with segregated client funds in AA-rated banks.
You can register a test demo or live account via the IC Markets Official Registration Link. We always suggest running the EA on an IC Markets demo account for at least 2 weeks first to evaluate live latency and spread conditions.
