Strategy Safety Grade C+
Structural flaws: Elevated drawdown, outlier dependency, or light grid layering.
A high-return BTCUSD H1 backtest (694 parsed closed rows, PF 6.66, 58.93% win rate) with good test quality (100% history quality) but a 60.43% max drawdown and very high profit concentration, so safety is moderate and high-return claims remain unverified outside this backtest.
Performance figures depend on the test period, broker conditions, spread, commission, slippage, leverage, and risk settings. Confirm the test dates and source report before relying on any figure. Backtest results are not a promise of future performance.
BTC SCALPER IA trades BTCUSD on H1 through MetaTrader 5 using pending stop orders around the price, with a fixed stop loss of 19,500 points, a take profit of 58,500 points, breakeven and trailing-stop management (distances 5,000 / 7,000 / 1,000 points) and slippage compensation. It runs a fixed 0.1 lot and enforces a daily profit target of 5,000 and a daily loss limit of 5,000 (EA inputs). In the Strategy Tester run documented here - configured for 2025.01.03 to 2026.10.12 on the ForexClub-MT5 demo server (build 6238), actual fills from 2025-01-03 to 2026-10-08 (642.5 days, 15,522 bars, 3,693,032 ticks, history quality 100%) - it closed 694 trades with a 58.93% win rate (409 wins / 285 losses; shorts won 69.11%, longs 50.53%), a profit factor of 6.66, an expected payoff of 4,530.62 and a Sharpe ratio of 12.98. Average holding time was 24 seconds (maximum 3m19s), and 622 of 694 exits carried a stop-line comment, consistent with the breakeven/trailing management closing most positions. Important caveat: the report's profit column is denominated in pips ("profit in pips" mode), not in account currency. The headline net profit of 3,144,252.00 (on a 10,000.00 base, a 31,442.52% gain in report units) therefore cannot be read as US dollars; its cash value depends on lot size, contract specification and the broker's point value, none of which this report states.
The vendor page previously claimed a maximum drawdown of 16.70% and a 69.47% win rate with 114% monthly returns. That corresponds to a different, older backtest (the report screenshots previously published on this page show 1,000 trades, profit factor 1.52, balance drawdown 16.19%); it does not match this run and has been removed. The figures below come only from the 2025-2026 report. In this run the maximum balance drawdown was 11,700.00 (2.68% of the peak, 39.00% relative on the 10,000 base), and the maximum equity drawdown was 70,890.00 absolute, 60.43% relative (29,726.00). Every one of the 285 losing trades lost exactly 1,950.00 - the fixed stop-loss distance at 0.1 lot - so loss size is deterministic, but the 60.43% relative equity drawdown shows the account can still lose most of its early capital before the curve compounds. There were 6 consecutive losses at worst (-11,700.00). All 22 calendar months in the sample were profitable, which is unusual and increases overfitting risk rather than reducing it. Profit is concentrated: the top 1% of trades (7) contributed 10.6% of gross profit and the top 5% (35) contributed 33.11%; excluding the top 5%, the remaining profit factor is 4.45. Commission and swap are zero on every deal row of this demo run, and no forward (demo or live) record was supplied, so net-of-cost live performance is unverified. Anyone evaluating this EA should treat the pip-denominated returns as unpriced until converted with a real contract specification, and should not extrapolate the 24-second average holding time to live execution, where latency, spread and minimum-holding rules can materially change results.

For algorithmic and automated EA trading, we strongly recommend IC Markets (Raw Spread Account). It is widely recognized as the industry benchmark for Expert Advisors for several critical reasons:
• Raw Spreads from 0.0 Pips: Interbank liquidity from 25+ Tier-1 providers with average EUR/USD spreads of 0.1 pips, drastically reducing transaction costs and execution friction for EAs.
• Ultra-Low Latency & Fast Execution: Trading servers are hosted in the Equinix NY4 (New York) and LD4 (London) financial data centers with dedicated optical cross-connects, delivering sub-millisecond execution speeds vital for scalping EAs.
• No Dealing Desk & No Trading Restrictions: True ECN/STP execution with no requotes, no minimum stop-loss distance, and full support for automated hedging, grid, and scalping robots.
• Flexible Leverage & Global Regulation: Up to 1:500 / 1:1000 leverage options with segregated client funds in AA-rated banks.
You can register a test demo or live account via the IC Markets Official Registration Link. We always suggest running the EA on an IC Markets demo account for at least 2 weeks first to evaluate live latency and spread conditions.
